Capstan Works was founded on a single observation: most HubSpot problems are data problems wearing a reporting costume. The work is therefore data-engineering work, audits, migrations, integrations, and governed reporting, applied to the CRM rather than the warehouse alone.

The founder

Jesus O. is a senior HubSpot and RevOps engineer with years of hands-on portal work: data foundation audits, phased CRM migrations, workflow consolidation, and the kind of reporting that survives someone asking exactly how a number was built. The approach borrows directly from data engineering, idempotency, dependency ordering, versioned transformations, and applies it to systems most agencies treat as spreadsheets with a logo.

How we think about the work

Tools are not the differentiator; discipline is. Every engagement starts at the data layer and produces something fundable: a defect register, a migration plan, a governed reporting model. Nothing publishes, and nothing automates, on a foundation no one trusts.
